RETURN Goods Policy
NON-DEFECTIVE GOODS
- Customer must call Protek to receive a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
- The material must be new or unused and in sealable condition.
- Proof of the purchase or copy of the invoice must be furnished.
- The material must be returned freight prepaid.
- A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to all returned goods under 90 days.
- For all returned goods over 90 days, a 25% Restocking Fee will be applied.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the material, credit will be issued at the purchase price less the restocking charge.
- No returns allowed on diaphragms over 90 days.
- No returns allowed on nuts and bolts.
DEFECTIVE OR PROBLEM GOODS
- Customer must call Protek to receive a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) number
- Proof of the purchase or copy of the invoice must be furnished.
- Protek will determine whether the material should be returned freight prepaid or with a UPS Call Tag.
- If necessary, the replacement goods will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the material, credit will be issued for the purchased price.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If the product is damaged by UPS, Freight Lines, or Parcel Post, the customer must notify Protek Specialty immediately.
- The package should be left as was received, in the event that a freight company representative is dispatched to inspect the damage.
- After inspection is completed and a claim is needed and assigned, Protek Specialty will ship the replacement product(s) at no charge to the customer.
