Irrigation and Agricultural Hand Primers

THE DIAPHRAGM PRIMER contains a rubber diaphragm working in an aluminum chamber. A levered handle attached to it by a connecting rod actuates the diaphragm. Air is drawn into the chamber through a suction valve on the up-stroke and discharged through a discharge valve on the down-stroke. The primer body is made of a light weight aluminum alloy. The diaphragm is of molded rubber, and it is extremely tough and longwearing. A rubber air discharge valve, built into the diaphragm, provides a positive seal. We manufacture #5 Diaphragm Primers(DP5), #7 Diaphragm Primers(DP7), and #9 Diaphragm Primer(DP9).

THE MANIFOLD PRIMER combines all of the time-tested advantages of using an engine manifold vacuum to evacuate air from suction lines, with the latest engineering design and materials. All the internal parts are enclosed in a fully transparent chamber made of heat-and shock-resistant plastic so that the operator can observe their functioning.

THE EXHAUST PRIMER operates on low engine exhaust pressure. When the exhaust valve is closed, the gases are directed through the ejector nozzle and air is drawn from the pump through the ejector suction.

The HAND DIAPHRAGM PUMP, or "Hand Pump," is a rugged, dependable pump that goes anywhere to any job and can pump anything that will flow through the flanges. They can be used as portable utility pumps or permanently installed to perform a specific task.

THE MOTORIZED DIAPHRAGM PUMP will pump air, water, brine, mud, sewage, petroleum products, and many chemicals. Our Motorized Pumps are great for things such as washing down equipment, de-watering small excavations, transferring feul and water, and more. They are available in both plastic coated or bronze bodies and parts.
